Rheannon von Dayme
Naturopath
Rheannon is a passionate naturopathic practitioner with a myriad of experience both locally and internationally. After completing her Bachelor of Science in 2003, Rheannon travelled to Canada where she learned to grow, harvest and extract organic herbs into potent medicines to use in the busy downtown naturopathic clinic where she practiced. There she experienced an enhanced connection to the land, plant medicines and an appreciation for Native American culture and Traditional Chinese Medicine. She saw clearly that our divergence from whole foods, community (tribe), nature and ourselves (heart and mind) is creating disharmony at the very core of our being. Our modern lifestyles are literally tilling the soil for disease. Rheannon is passionate about integrating age-old wisdom with the cutting-edge science of functional medicine to restore the balance to optimal health.
After returning to Australia, Rheannon has focused on helping clients with thyroid and hormone imbalances, gut disturbances, autoimmune disease, sleep challenges and weight management. Recently, Rheannon had a serious cardiac scare that conventional doctors were challenged to diagnose, let alone treat. Doctors advised that she would be required to take pharmaceutical medicine for life as her cardiac function had decreased significantly. Rheannon adamantly refused to allow this to become her story and since she firmly believes all issues start in the gut, she worked diligently to repair her microbiome through food and supplements. Within 6 months, her cardiac function had fully resolved, and she is back to enjoying Pilates three days a week and can often be found riding her mountain bike with her two daughters through the forests on the Sunshine Coast.
Rosanna Mosca
Naturopath/Hypnotherapist
With over 25 years of experience, Rosanna Mosca has a vast variety of tools and techniques to help you make your life and health the best it can be. After completing her degree in Naturopathy she went on to study everything she could about the mind and gained qualifications in Clinical Hypnosis, Psychotherapy and Counselling. We are all made up of energy and energy can be changed. Emotion is energy in motion. If there is a blockage of energy or emotions this creates dis-ease in the body. Once it manifests in the physical body, the stage is set for illness and disease and it needs to be treated on a physical level, e.g. through nourishing the body, removing toxins, and eliminating inflammation. To truly heal you need to transform the energy on whatever level it has manifested whether it be physical, mental, spiritual, emotional or nutritional. Rosanna conducts a series of tests to ascertain where your body is out of balance. Armed with this knowledge, she will then support you in the way you need most.
