Kerryelle Bucknell

Functional Nutritional Therapist and Restorative Wellness Practitioner

Meet Kerryelle, a passionate certified Functional Nutritional Therapist and Restorative Wellness Solutions (Level 3) Practitioner, specialising in functional lab testing. She believes that nourishing yourself is the ultimate act of self-love.

Kerryelle's journey into holistic health began after a deeply personal tragedy—losing her beloved father to suicide. Whilst supporting her father on his mental health journey, Kerryelle experienced firsthand the conventional medical approach that was taken with his care. The heartbreak and frustration of this experience lit a spark that drove Kerryelle to retrain and leave a successful career in the legal profession to follow her new purpose — providing a truly comprehensive, holistic and personal approach to health, so that others would not have the same experience.

Interested in all things mind/body, Kerryelle’s holistic approach is enriched by her training as a reiki practitioner and TFH kinesiologist, and her seven years of experience as a yoga and meditation teacher. This, combined with her evidence-based nutrition training, allows her to bridge the intersection between ancient wisdom and modern science.

Kerryelle believes that good health is not just about the food you eat, but the information and experiences you consume. She is passionate about sharing knowledge with her clients in an easily digestible manner to empower them to make choices that support their wellness journey and goals and achieve optimal health.

Kerryelle specialises in working with clients with women’s health issues, including PCOS, endometriosis and menopause; hormonal imbalance; thyroid conditions; autoimmune conditions; weight management; and gut health.

Kerryelle is currently studying a Bachelor of Health Science in Naturopathy. She is a member of the Australian Committee of Natural Therapies and a 2023 ambassador for the Shaka Project, an organisation bringing awareness to male suicide, a subject that is close to her heart.

She is inspired to help others connect with their bodies to live their most fulfilling life. Her goal is to empower and educate as many people as possible on the impact of food choices.
