- 6 x Weekly 30min session. In the clinic, on the phone or Skype.
- 1 X Metabolism test – This biochemistry test will tell me what is happening in your energy, why you are getting energy crashes through the day, why you aren’t digesting your food properly and whether you need to eat more cooked or raw food to get your metabolic fire burning.
- Weekly Biological Age Test – this test is the bomb. It looks at what you are exactly losing. For example you can be losing weight but the scales are saying that you have gained weight. Sometimes you store fluid that will mask the actual fat loss.
- Coaching – mindset, motivation, personal power, releasing habits, behaviours that are stopping you from having the body shape you want.
- Recipes, meal plans, shopping lists.
- An education on how to eat for your metabolism.
- Learn how to exercise
- Email access between sessions if you need any support.
All of this combined would normally cost upwards of $900.
